Intensive Outpatient Program
IOP With Supportive Housing Program
Length: 6 Months - 1 YearWhat Makes Us Different
Personalized Case Management
Every resident is paired with a dedicated case manager who provides one-on-one support. Whether it’s accessing healthcare, applying for documents like a state ID or Social Security card, attending court, or reconnecting with family—our case managers are here to help navigate the challenges of recovery.
Structured Sober Living
Our homes operate under a phased recovery program that balances structure with personal progress. With curfews, drug screenings, and peer accountability, we create an environment that supports sobriety, routine, and responsibility. Our IOP With Supportive Housing Program is 6 months - 1 year. Referrals for our IOP with supportive housing come from our partners that provide Residential Detox and Residential Treatment programs.
Community-Driven Support
Residents live alongside others who are also committed to recovery. From daily check-ins to shared responsibilities and group meetings, we foster connection, respect, and mutual growth.
A Bridge to Independence
Buckeye was founded on the belief that everyone deserves a second chance. Whether stepping down from residential treatment or rebuilding after relapse, we provide a stable, recovery-focused environment that bridges the gap between treatment and fully independent living.
Recovery Backed by Experience
Our team includes professionals and peers who are deeply familiar with the recovery journey—many are in long-term recovery themselves. We understand the challenges and celebrate every victory with you.
Serving Ohio’s Recovery Community
We’re proud to serve communities across Ohio, offering hope, support, and opportunity to individuals who are ready to take the next step in their recovery journey.
How Does IOP Treatment Work?
Depending on your addiction’s severity, we may recommend medication-assisted treatments to help aid the recovery process on a physical level. - Alcohol
Our IOP treatments involve many mental health treatments, including:
- Individual therapies to discuss trauma, pain, and personal challenges one-on-one with a licensed therapist.
