What Makes Us Different

Personalized Case Management
Every resident is paired with a dedicated case manager who provides one-on-one support. Whether it’s accessing healthcare, applying for documents like a state ID or Social Security card, attending court, or reconnecting with family—our case managers are here to help navigate the challenges of recovery.

Structured Sober Living
Our homes operate under a phased recovery program that balances structure with personal progress. With curfews, drug screenings, and peer accountability, we create an environment that supports sobriety, routine, and responsibility. Our IOP With Supportive Housing Program is 6 months - 1 year. Referrals for our IOP with supportive housing come from our partners that provide Residential Detox and Residential Treatment programs.

Community-Driven Support
Residents live alongside others who are also committed to recovery. From daily check-ins to shared responsibilities and group meetings, we foster connection, respect, and mutual growth.

  • Lifestyle advice and guidance you can apply to your daily life to help reduce and mitigate your addiction and cravings.
